1. Minimum 8 years post graduate experience ideally in a similar environment
2. High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
3. Working experience of Microsoft Office applications. Preference will be given to users with experience in using Aconex, SharePoint, and other data management software.

1. Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Telephone protocol
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
