Responsibilities:
Planning: IDP, CEP, ODP, PIP in conjunction with the HR Strategic Partner based
Creates training materials to train coaches, mentors, and preceptors
Career development, Career counselling & implementation, Participate and assist in the succession planning campaigns
Arranging internship programs & Identify potential opportunities
Periodically the effectiveness of the career development program
Suggesting measures for improvement & Scheduling milestone presentations
Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, Good analytical skills.
Develops educational materials, tools, resources, and services to support coaching, preceptorship, and mentorship
Develops criteria to assist participants to determine their career development needs
Education: Bachelor/ Master in Psychology, HR, Marketing, Engineering field.
Min Experience: 5 years relevant experience in Career development, career counselling, Succession Planning in large organizations
Skills and Competencies:
Excel, word and PowerPoint.
Language: Arabic & English
