JOB DESCRIPTION :-

Service to be performed to the clients (irrespective of genders)
 Services are related to Skin, Hair & Body (Laser, Peels, Body Services, Facial treatments & others)
 Perform the services as per Kaya SOP standards.
 Conduct pre-checks for the treatment before beginning the client session.
 Explain service/procedure process, benefits, machines used, pre and post treatment care, etc. to the client; For existing client, check on previous session experience before conducting the session;
 Gauge the need for Doctor Intervention, if required during or after service.
 Assisting Doctors for Doctor led services
 MOH related formalities to be performed.
Cross sell products and maintain stock with the objective of achieving smooth clinic operations, enhancing client satisfaction and retention within the limits imposed by Kaya operations processes and local regulatory requirements.
 Need identification and analysis of client skin, hair and body.
 Drive Inputs by highlighting client concern and recommending dermatologist meet up.
 Recommend service line basis the initially diagnosis of client’s skin and suitable services.
 Out calling the existing serviced clients for appointments.
Seek client signature on consent form prior to service; Prepare and sign Therapy sheet for laser, facial, etc.;
 Seek Doctor review and counter signature on Therapy sheet, especially Laser; File the documents in the client file;
 Perform job related tasks/activities with consistency, accuracy and thoroughness
 Support in Stock management process of the clinic.
 Participate in refresher trainings for therapies as nominated by CM.
 Perform services to customer with utmost care and diligence in accordance with the training instructions, Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines provided
 Responsible to report misconducts and incidents of violation of Kaya Code of Conduct (COC)/ SOP at clinic level.
 Making Callouts to clients as per CM instructions.
To ensure a high degree of Customer experience for all customers visiting the clinic thus upholding Kaya’s promise of a world class skin care clinic.
 Explain and recommend Need Based treatment for clients;
 Prepare the client for Doctor led procedures and call the Doctor;
 Explain medication / products recommended by Doctors (post doctor session) to clients;
 For laser, follow up with client regarding the skin reactions, if any
 Prepare, deliver and take feedback on services delivered.

Job Role you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work:-
Clients visiting the clinics or over the calls made to them to book appointments
Clinic Working Timings & working on public holidays
The candidate will be based in one branch however need to work in other branch as per the business requirement.
 Usual Clinic timings are from 10 am to 7pm , or 11am to 8pm . Weekly 2 days off. The week off days are not 2 consecutive week days. This depends on the business requirement. The clinic timings may change in future depending on the business requirement.
 The clinic is usually working on public holidays. These holidays are compensated with the compensatory off from the other days in alignment with the superior. Compensatory offs should not be clubbed with weekly off days.
 Ramadan working days are usually 12pm to 11pm or 12am (depends as per the business requirement)
 The staff can choose to work on one of their week off in alignment with the superior & as per the business requirement. On such day the staff will be given a fixed OT. Consumption hours are not counted as the staff is provided a fixed OT.
